ibc22 applies Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in accordance with international gaming authority requirements. You may be required to submit identity documents (including but not limited to MyKad, passport, or utility bills) before withdrawals can be processed. ibc22 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges until satisfactory verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ibc22 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ibc22 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ibc22 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
ibc22 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ibc22 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment methods at its sole discretion.
Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost) are credited to your ibc22 account immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon settlement by the receiving institution. ibc22 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. ibc22 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly limits, are specified in the ibc22 cashier section and may be updated from time to time. VIP members may have different limits as detailed in their VIP agreement.
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. ibc22 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as specified in the cashier section. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

All betting and gaming transactions are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel a bet or wager after it has been accepted by the ibc22 system. Disputed wagers must be raised with ibc22 Customer Support within seven (7) days of the relevant transaction.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any ibc22 content without prior written authorisation from ibc22.
Your use of the ibc22 platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. ibc22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with applicable data protection standards. By using the ibc22 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ibc22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
ibc22's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
ibc22 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect service availability.
ibc22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where ibc22 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable law. In the event of termination for cause, ibc22 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including bonuses and associated winnings.
You may close your ibc22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (less any applicable withdrawal minimums and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of ibc22, you must first contact ibc22 Customer Support to seek resolution. ibc22 will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ibc22 Customer Support, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant international gaming authority dispute resolution body. Players in Malaysia acknowledge that local gambling legislation may affect the enforceability of these Terms in certain jurisdictions.
